Thank you…I really wish alot of kids that dont play other sports Actually would follow in bryce and arthur paths because if they would actually work at it they wouldnt have to hate on them two because of what they have done for wichita I mean they opening the door for alot of kids thas younger to get seen and alot of Kids to get seen that played with them Like my lil cousins that played with them and then joe Randle he is going to be the next bryce brown works hard and dont do nothing to get into trouble as long as he stays like he is now the sky is the limit for him aswell but Thank you again

I agree with you. The city was lots tougher then and also in the 90’s we had a few teams that played for state championships. I think that we have a problem here with some of our talented kids not even going out for football for a variety of reasons. Would Bryce run for all the yards that he has in the last three seasons had he been playing 5 plus years ago? Well to tell you the truth, Ive havnt seen anything convincing enough for me to say that he wouldnt. From what I see, Bryce is a hardworking kid. He works during the off season while lots of other kids are chilling and smoking drinking and things of that nature. When you put God given talent with good work ethics its hard for a person to fail. We all know that if he keeps working that the sky is the limit. I go to youtube and watch some of the great backs in college and in the pros today and the one thing that I notice is obviously how much better they have gotten. Im excited for all of our players in the city that take football serious and work hard to succeed at it. Im also glad to hear that while facing adversity that you are still striving towards your goals. I wish you the best with your football carrer and any other things that you choose to do in life and God bless you.

And Sanderfan I was very young watching them play and they were great and jus like I said with bryce had I played with them I dont think I would have put up the stats that I did in high school so I mean its really tough out there they dont make ppl like they use to…it use to be stars on every team but now we jus have a splash here and there you understand. I know you do cause had any of those guys played now the record would be no where near close to what it is now and you and I both know this cause every last one of those guys where great. but Yeah I’m praying for bryce to do it big cause he opens up alot for future KS football players like Joe Randle and a couple of other kids to get there names put out there so Where ever bryce is next yr I hope he does well and keeps it up

I know who all those guys are you are talking about including yourself. I watched you play for the Tigers and upset the Dogs eighth grade season. I watched Bell for the Tigers and Bess for the Dogs go head to head. Ive watched city leauge football years before that even. Do you remember guys like Elias, or Costello Good, Brian Butler, Tyrone Phillips, Larry Star, Anthony Engram, Jeremy Benford, Jay Crabtree, Rashad Jackson, Larry Allen, Mario Ponds, Leon Edwards, Wendell Davis, Derrick Hubbard. These guys just to name a few were all good runners that I got a chance to see play and had they played today some of them probably would have gotten more D-1 attention. I graduated from North High so Ive also watched you play plenty of games and yes you do run very hard and have really good feet. I have also enjoyed watching Bryce play for the last three seasons and I am very impressed with the complete package at just 16. He has lots to learn but thats what the coaches and camps are for. I dont care where in this country you put him, he would still be a star. You have to remember that in some of those states that you mentioned, he would also be playing along side of better players. Just remember something, the head coaches from the top notch D-1 programs love what they see in Bryce and Im sure they know more than all the people who come on these discussion boards to downtalk his game. Im glad you have accomplishe what you have but now I do question your character and your motives to say the things you have said. I pull for all of our kids here and wish them the best.

I understand both sides of the story and I take no side I’ll state that yes the City league talent has been poor for a while and bryce did spark it up and I’m not gonna take anything from the guy he cool and is humble from when Ive last spoke to him so leave him alone let his game for the future speak for its self…but I am tired of hearing things like he did everything is self yes his speed did do alot but his line and WR did alot for him I mean EAST ONLY HAD 5 PLAYS that they Ran and he was 4 out of them 5 lol so I give him respect for being able to take the load of how many carries he did but believe it or not defenses arent as good as they was then I’m not saying he wouldnt have broken a 1000 but he was not as fast as O’dell Bell and defenses contained his speed and he had one of the best offensive lines in the state…Now jis potential will take him far and he will get better but let his time come before everybody trys to put him up on a pedastel or throw him under the bus
regaurdless I hope the best for him and want him to succeed in anywhere he goes be it here next yr or where ever so all I can say is if Bryce Reads this Stay low Run hard and watch for them guys that want you out cause they do come to get you I would know. Not much else tp say make it happen

More like RealCrazyTalk. Records dont lie. All the TD’s and All the yards and the high average and success to a program that has been terrible for the last twenty years. Say what you want about the guy, but you cant deny the fact that every week, the oppisition knew exactly what to expect and at least 9 of the 11 guys played run. The guy still broke his own record. He has rushed for more yards than any of those guys you mentioned and he is only a junior. In some cases he has rushed for more yards than two of those combined. I think that you are jealous. You mentioned that you are a different style of RB. Well I think that you are jealous of him cause you think that if maybe if you didnt lack the skills that Bryce has then maybe you would be a big name back. AWWW. Im sorry buddy. People fail to realize that those D-1 coaches scout talent across the nation all year long. Thats what they do. Its no secret that they see Bryce as a top talent and would love to have him. Thats all that really matters. Not some opionion from a lack of limelight runningback like you. If you do play D1 why not just come out and say who you are. You are obviously and everyone knows you right? One more thing, you mentioned that in those other states that you dont see him playing RB but you give him 4 out of 5 stars? WHAAAT? I guess in those states only 5 star backs play right? That makes no sense at all.

Ok BRYCE great runner OK vision and SPEED for WICHITA is GREAT had he grown up in Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, California, and TEXAS. DO you think he would be a Running back? I say No because just like Realitycheck said he lacks mental toughness. I play Runningback in D1 and I’m a total different back from him yet I can do the same things and also Lower my shoulder without a doubt to get a first down. Ive seen him play watched all of his games and I really wish he would have played back in the 03-04 season or 02-03 season where when on defense No matter who you were they came up and hit you…Take Raymond Mitchell in the 03-04 season for North high Mainly a power back had quick feet and good speed. 5′8 220 yet his vision compared to Bryce was better he gave 110% but back then he use to take big hits and dished them out even more Bryce has yet to run up on a Defense that wasnt scared of him because of his speed and size back in the 03-04 season the Defenses didnt care who you were Ask Anthony Bess Jeron Trotter O’dell Bell, Raymond Mitchell, Gary Chandler even ask Hieneker from Carrol Defenses then punished backs now they scared because of a name it s not the same I’m not saying he is not good and dont have Potential but I grew up on football and Ive seen and played a lot of ball and he is No 5 star as of yet I give him 4 but 5 star No And I’m Family to the guy and thats JUST REAL TALK
