Well as far as Sims goes she’s an outstanding player but she only an freshman and has time to grow. Im no for a fact that Bell had some issues over at heights that didnt work out so moving was the only option for her. As far as the other freshman ay heights Bowen is coming up she jsut has to get over her nervounes. Chisom is an awesome well rounded player with the patential to be a very great player. Pope is good for defence when you need her.

okay Sims.. she can be a good player. but at the same time she gets ahead of herself and gets caught in the moment. Chisom.. now she is just an all around good player as said before. She just needs to get in the groove of things. and she will be a leader on the court one day. Pope.. good defensive player but she needs to calm down and relax.

You are correct about Sims, hopefully she and her parents will realize she will be even more successful if her team is. I believe Timmons lives in Texas. No idea about West, North and South or the Maize athlete situation. Bell got a special transfer to Heights from Carroll like noted, however when things did not work out at Heights she only enrolled in her base school. She lives in the Maize district. I don’t think Maize is not part of the City League which is why she did not lose eligibility.

Sims is a great player but she is not a team player. Never has been. Who does Julaina Timmons play for?? Why is West, North, & South bad in every sport? What happened to all that school pride?? Why can’t Maize get more athletes out for sports? How did that Bell girl get a special transfer-(Carroll-Height-Maize in less than a year)? Can anyone answer these questions?

Sims is a GREAT player there is no doubt about it. It is her off-court issues that will come into question. I hear her antics are already wearing thin with her new teamates. Bowen is good as well, however it is much harder to play inside with the big girls than it is to play guard, plus she is not as polished on offense as some of the other girls. The other two freshmen do not play as much as Sims but they get a lot of playing time for Freshmen. Pope is a defensive whiz and she is very quick and Chisom is a good all around player as well. Even with Lane and Orloske and those Freshmen they will be good for a long time.

speaking of heights girls, it seems freshman mary sims has already made her mark in the leage, what is up with freshman jhasmin bowen, i figured she would have heavy numbers on the board as well
