Blizzard conditions

Count on seeing angry comments from parents regarding Wichita area school districts canceling school today. I understand their point, but when I got the call at 5:30 this morning, it was crazy outside. The snow was heavy and you knew the morning commute would be brutal. Who knew that now, at 1:10 p.m., that it would be 70 degrees and sunny?

But there have been postponements, which is how this is a sports-related thing. Andover’s postponed its wresting, and Andover Central has postponed its wrestling with Andale and bowling, as well. Campus at Newton bowing is ppd.

The City League hasn’t decided yet.

    I’m glad the wrestling stuff is showing up with increasing regularity. Keep it up nice work.
