I think that if no one knew her husband was a coach of any sort at Heights then her writings would not hint at it either. In my opinion she has been covered all teams and schools eually. Player development is what it is all about, and when you sub, you go all out no matter what to make the most of your time. If Heights has problems at state, it will be against a team with quick guards that can stay with their guards, and a strong post game. The winner of the Goddard vs W. South game, or Olathe South would fit that bill as would Blue Valley. This will be a great tournament in Emporia with a lot of high quality girls involved. I don't think the Heights coach is doing anything wrong. He has the state defending champions that are nationally ranked and they are trying to keep that ranking. It is because of this that lots of other players in this area are getting attention from major colleges. The Heights team has helped in putting Kansas girls basketball on the map.
