		<description>Perception is reallity?  I HATE that crap.  It's a fact that some overweight officials can't keep up, nor can some old ones.  It's also fact that some overweight officials CAN and DO keep up.  It's a GERNALIZATION that is not fair.  It's a generalization just like saying women can't rule over men.  It's completely NOT fair.  Being "on top" of a play doesn't insure the best ANGLE.  We are taught to sacrafice distance for angle in baseball, same things are true in basketball.  Being ahead of the break and at the baseline doesn't automatically mean you have the best look.  I watch top level D1 officials who stop and let a play pass them by to see it better.</description>
