I am also in favor of much harsher punishments for those who furnish the alcohol and the party locations. I firmly believe the best way to change the behavior of a teenager is to inconvenience the parents. If mommy or daddy spend a day or two in jail they will be less likely to allow the stupidity to occur on their watch. I am a proponent of drug and alcohol testing of high school athletes.
