Campus Colts looked pretty good in their opener against South. W7-3 W9-4. They could be the eye opener this year. People should keep their eye on them with 7 seniors leading the team.

Why is everything always the umpires fault? Umpires don't make the errors.

Goddard 5, Wichita NW 1.

1 to 1 ballgame until the bottom of the 5th. Good pitching on both sides. In the 5th, a blown call by the umpires, a key hit and an error by the 1st baseman and the score jumps up to 5-1 Goddard in a hurry. Pretty intense ballgame. Good pitching and defense and not much offense.

Wichita NW had 1 run on 4 hits and 2 errors.
Goddard had 5 runs on 5 hits and 0 errors.
