		<description>Until the letter of intent is signed, there is no guarantee of a scholarship offer so you better make sure you trust the coaches and really know they want you at their school program.  This also protects the athlete if they decide before the signing period that the school they verballed too isnt where they want to go then they also can back out of it   ie: Chris Harper.</description>
