Track isn't a down to the wire sport, because the winner can be crowned before all the events are done (and the team with the most qualifiers usually wins). Soccer is good, but some soccer games can be pretty boring. Baseball and softball is where its at. One championship game, two teams, one remains. Which HS sport is the least popular to watch (which would you rather watch paint dry then go to the game)? Baseball. Maybe softball. Golf isn’t really a spectator sport (especially high school).
