What makes you laugh?

OK, I’ve done the “What annoys you” and got quite a few heated comments. Then I did the “What makes you happy” positive post and got nothing.
Now I want to know what makes you laugh. Let me get you started.
Tonight I was at Quik Trip — I like making the Quik Trip trip, ha! — getting my 69 cent pop before work and I saw a very funny scene. Now, humor tends to offend someone, so bear with me. I saw a guy, probably in his 60s, looked down on his luck (I’m being nice here!) with scraggly hair and beard and ripped jeans. But you know what he was buying? Two cans of Starbucks mocha-something-something. I nearly bursted out laughing. It was an oxymoron, you know.
I feel the same when I see a grandmotherly sort walking around with a bluetooth on her ear. I laugh, not out loud, but to myself.
America’s Funniest Home Videos — some unsuspecting person getting hit in the face, or elsewhere. Followed by the requisite Oh, that has to hurt.
The soccer mom blaring rap music. Hee, hee.
Now, I want to know what makes you laugh. I know you’ve got some.

Are you a grandmotherly type? No, you are not, Opportunity Knocks. But you are a grandfatherly type, so yeah, I guess I’d laugh in my head about you wearing one. How many people do you have calling anyway? Are you that popular? Man, no one calls me. My fave five is like fave two. Just like I like it.

That new Dairy Queen commercial makes me laugh every time with the little kid spelling that big word to get a bite of his dad’s ice cream, then laughing.

I coached a 6th grade football team last year & witnessed one of the funniest youth sports moments ever. We were on offense & the play required our slotback to go in motion (he was to go when he saw the QB lift his leg).
Well…..The quarterback did his job, over and over and over, but the slotback wasn’t paying attention. Finally, after the QB’s 5th or 6th attempt (he was actually staring at the back after the 3rd attempt), the linebacker who was standing across from the back looked at the slotback and said “Dude, you’re supposed to go in motion.”

1. People that wear bluetooths like they are jewelry
2. People that work out in any form of denim (shorts, jeans, shirts, hats)
3. Mullets
4. Chicks with mullets

What makes me laugh? The 8th grader playing in a basketball tournament last weekend with a huge tatoo covering his arm. Wait, that didn’t make me laugh.

Went to the pool this morning and saw another thing that makes me laugh — a very pregnant woman in a bikini. She didn’t look all that bad, but it still cracks me up.

This is what makes me laugh…… I knew a guy with a 3rd grade education who coached a group of kids in jr. league football and won the league. Six of his starters went on to highschool and played football at -the same highschool and they won one game in four years. :-) Goooooooooo 259

Explain yourself, Matt. I’m trying to figure out what you think is funny here, because I would imagine that winning at the little league level is a little bit different than winning at the high school level.
