It's too bad that “The feeling was that if he can’t take a hit on the basketball court, how can he take a hit on the football field,” Basketball is becoming more and more physical and without any protection like you have in football.....it's scary. Obviously the injury wouldn't have been as bad if he was on the football field wearing a helmet. It's good to hear the coach took a chance on him even though he isn't big in body, he is in talent and sometimes these guys get overlooked. As a mom this just reminds me an injury can happen at any time and that is something I don’t like to think about.
