Heights put itself in position to win the City League for the first time since 1976 with a win over Bishop Carroll on Thursday.

    Heights is ranked fourth in class 6A. With Goddard ranked first, that puts two teams from the Wichita area in the top five!

    Based on records only. We will have to see what the post season brings.

    I believe Heights will have an opportunity to play 2 time defending state champ Washburn Rural this weeked in Derby.

    Rural will be a good test. I see Goddard and Heights with light schedules at this time.

    Heights is going all the way with its amazing Senior class and Junior Lindsey Moss. The showing up and bringing their game. With a defeat against BC Thursday. Deby better be ready for their first defeat by Heights High.

    OH Andover and Clearwater both beat Derby and they are both 4A!Both are league champs!
