Class 6A
Marion sophomore Julia Zeiner won the Class 3A girl’s long jump with a jump of 18-1 on her second-to-last jump.
Molly Milbourn, of El Dorado, added to her hardware on the day with a Class 4A 800-meter win with a time of 2:19.64.
Andover Central 1600-meter relay team of Stephanie Ginther, Lynsey Fortune, Kelsey Banwart and Tiffany Bias won the event in Class 5A with a time of 3:58.35.
Adam Porter of McPherson used that amazing kick of his to win the Class 5A 800-meter run in a time of 1:55.11.
Bishop Carroll senior Kyle Long won the Clas 5A 300-meter hurdles with a time of 38.68. He grabbed the lead early and never let it go.
Tiffany Bias, a junior from Andover Central, won the Class 5A’s 400-meter dash in a time of 56.42.
The Newton 400 relay team of Isaiah Thaw, Nathaniel Martens, Miguel Johns and Grant Loescher won the Class 5A 4×1 relays with a time of 42.37.
Maize junior Dani Walker grabbed an early lead in the Class 6A girl’s 800-meter run and held off the competitors with a time of 2:17.19.
