Happy Thanksgiving! In the mindset of what today is about, turkey, stuffing, pie!, and giving thanks, let’s talk about what we’re thankful for. Maybe you’re thankful for family (I am), a job (me, too).
I’m also thankful for coaches and athletes and parents, who make my job so interesting and, usually, an awful lot of fun.
Have a great day and don’t eat too much!

Just wishing every one of you “turkey’s” out there a Happy Thanksgiving! I’m thankful for all you guy’s! We’re like one big dysfunctional family! Maybe for one moment, Crack and Petey can lay down their carving knives and just get along. Don’t choke on any turkey legs buco and hov. Definitely wouldn’t want to see that happen! Gobble…gobble!!!!!!!!

So why is it that the 5a championship is televised here in Wichita, with no Wichita teams playing, but the 6a championship game (with Wichita Heights playing) isn’t?

most likely because they figured hutch going for their 6th straight title was more of a audience drawer than heights playing a much better olathe north team. but i do agree it should have been on channel 22 or something.
