		<description>Coaches add to the problem.  We would like our child to take a break in the summer, but now that HS coaches can work more with kids in the summer our son is trying to juggle a summer team and keep his HS coach happy.  Anytime he misses for either coach, he gets a lectur on how selfish he is.  This will cause burnout for him before playing too much does.</description>
