Yesterday we had a discussion about home remedies for athletes. A 15-year-old neighbor told us that whenever he gets a cramp in his side or in a muscle, eating mustard solves it immediately.
This fascinated me. Any other remedies out there? Or tricks you’ve learned for your athletes?
