I admit in my column that ran on Sunday that last week beat me up in my predictions. It was rough.

But judging by the predictions contest, it wasn’t only me. Only a couple of you had winning records, most, like me, were 3-3 in the six games. Several went oh-fer, which is a first.

Don’t feel bad. It was just that crazy of a week. That being said. congrats to Tom Backus, who won the contest and gets a VarsityKansas.com T-shirt. Outstanding showing, only missing the Hutch-Rockhurst game.
