Kapaun Mount Carmel junior Sydney Kuhn has made an oral commitment to play volleyball at Notre Dame.

The powerful middle hitter also considered Wichita State, Wyoming and Kansas State.

According to her father, Eric, she will be an outside hitter at Notre Dame.

Kuhn is such a fun player to watch, and has been since her freshman season. You had to know she was a stud then, but she’s continually gotten better and is just dominant. She joins teammate Audrey Grant as having committed. Grant committed to Tulsa. Setter Austyn Ames has an offer from a Division I school and plans to take visits on the east coast after the season.

Kuhn also could have played D-1 basketball. She’s that good.
